Valvecare's
A.G.M.S is a bespoke Asset Group Management Software package utilising
an HTML user interface. It has been designed by engineers, for engineers.
It is simple to learn, easy to remember, and tailor made for clients
who own or operate production plants.
Its purpose is to enable client engineers and hands-on personnel
to manage all aspects of an individual asset group - such as valves,
cranes, pumps, or compressors. On-going data is easy to add, and
the program provides quick access to key information for the busy
manager. |

The data used to populate A.G.M.S
can be uploaded to, or downloaded from most major software programs.
Alternatively, it can be interfaced with, and run alongside another
system. |

Regardless of the Asset Group,
the basic module addresses two main topics:
- Maintenance Management
- Spare Parts Inventory Management

opposite. They are taken from an operational program dealing with
Valves as the Asset Group. |

There are many available reports
automatically generated from A.G.M.S. For example using minimal
key operations a user can:
- Read the full technical specification for any valve in his
plant
- View the manufacturer's parts list and drawing
- Identify the spare parts required for a planned repair
- Check the availability and location for those spares
- Establish suppliers and lead times of non-stocked items
- Analyse failure modes in order to take preventative action
- Review service history, including past service reports
- List stock items and their condition
- Establish on one screen stock held at several locations
- Check stock duplication
- Manage maximum and minimum reorder requirements
- Review the movement history of spares
- Monitor costs tied up in inventory
- Permit future export of data to other programs
- Access the data from any internet enabled PC on any site
