Valvecare Engineering are delighted to inform
its customers that as of the 11th September 2003, our Business's
in both Lincoln and Aberdeen have operated an upgraded Quality Management
System which complies with ISO 9001:2000, as approved by the BSI.
Customer service remains the cornerstone of our Quality Management
System, which has now been developed under the new accreditation,
to give each of our employees 'real ownership' in the part they
play in providing a quality service. This is expressed in practical
terms through meaningful and challenging individually agreed objectives,
targets and measures, regularly reviewed and linked to Competency
Development and Training Plans. |

Environment |
|
Hard on the heels of our upgraded Quality
Management System, we have now put in place Health and Safety, and
Environmental Management Systems. Our Environmental Management System
follows the principles as laid down by ISO 14001 "Care of the Environment".

These areas are an integral part of the
day to day running of our business. To reinforce this our Health
and Safety Management System, our Environmental Management System
and our Quality Management System, are linked with common objectives.
Our 'Big 4' objectives are:

- Internal Communication
- Employee Competency
- Business Performance
each with its own associated targets and measures.
